University of East Anglia and NCLS Student Volunteer Scheme

Norfolk Community Law Service is working in partnership with the Law School at the University of East Anglia which enables students to volunteer with us to learn practical skills in a legal advice setting.

We may ask you if a student can sit in on your interview with a solicitor or adviser. Students on the scheme may also get involved with research or other activities to help your case, or deal with appointment booking.

All of our volunteers are interviewed and vetted by our Volunteer Manager and must adhere to our strict confidentiality and equalities policies at all times.

If at any time you would prefer for a student not to be involved in your case or interview please just let us know – this will in no way affect your entitlement to or the quality of the service you receive from us.
